I am going to attempt a waterfast starting on July 2nd. This gives me time to sort out things so that I have minimal to worry about during my time of rest. I guess my only concern is how will my body deal with the initial drop in blood Sugar as I have described with my adrenal fatigue I feel terrible after not eating . Do I have to grin and bear it and it will pass on the water fast. Or should i be more concerned.
I am reading up on the Budwig Protocol you mentioned in your posts btw
