Re: My experience with AFIB (which I no longer have)

Iodine is something that causes AFIB but there are other causes as well. I am certain it is all related to minerals with Iodine being just one. For me it may be iodine, it may be adrenals, or it may be magnesium, I am addressing all of these issues now but do not know which one will be the key. Adrenal exhaustion can take years to reverse. My theory is the food we eat has less and less minerals so now there is more and more afib. I spent of a lifetime in a high stress job with a high stress unhappy marriage combined with smoking, drinking and some drugs allong with a poor diet. Those are sure presciptions for disease and afib so far is the only problem I have all day every day. I suggest taking a mineral supplement to maintain your health. TJ CLARK appears to be a good one along with life transfusion.
