I have had a similar experience.
For me, a combination of caffeine, high carb breakfast, and somewhat strenuous exercise resulted in an afib episode and a trip to the emergency room.
As I expected, when questioned my MDs either responded with a condescending smile and no answer, or just refused to discuss the issue.
