Re: speaking up

I think Montreal Homegrown said the coconut oil was the most important part of the diet, and it had to be a good quality coconut oil. I wonder if it has something in it that out bodies are low on. There are also coconut oil supplements, but coconut oil is a good substitute for butter or other dairy products to avoid.

I looked over his diet again. I saw that he includes a daily diet of eggs, which is a protein some people might be allergic to. But I think eggs are a common food tested by the allergist. He also listed nuts as optional, which some people might be allergic to. I will have to look at my past allergy tests to see what I was tested for. I did not think he included meat in his diet, but chicken is included. I do not think I was tested for chicken or other meats at the allergist office. I wonder if I have an allergy to meat protein. Foods allergies, not food sensitivities how up in allergy tests. You can still have allergic reactions to foods you are sensitive to. I know my allergy tests were limited or not cover all foods.

I was thinking that some people noticed improvement in their lips when they vacationed in another country because they ate different foods. American food has lots of preservatives , too.
