Hi Lilli, I think for the MS-demyelination, sunflower seeds are superb--well, the sprouts, that is. It's such a good source of lecithin. I like to make a pate with them, and this goes well in a salad roll, with nori, etc. Cilantro strikes me as a good thing too. (though some people hate it. It's a powerful chelator--often an issue with MS)
And as I mentioned in my post after Chris's, just below, cultured vegetables are a world of goodness.
