Re: Been lurking awhile, just wondering
I only know of one, maybe two members here who suggest hypothyroidism as a reason for symptoms.
The only reason I am comenting on this post is because I also had test results showing possible thyroid issues. I said "no thanks" to the meds, further purified my diet, increased my excercise, and later found my
Ascaris infection, which can definately have an impact on thyroid test, it throws off the T3-T4 markers on thyroid test. When my
parasite infection is very low, I have no issues, thyroid, adrenal, food alergies or intolerances, etc. So I know that an underlying worm infection can cause all sorts of systems malfunctions within our bodies, throwing off all testing.
I had an appointment just today with an integrative medicine department for a major medical university. They confirmed my thoughts on this very matter. For the first time since my infection a little over two years ago, I have had a respected team of medical professionals tell me that they agree,
parasites might be the cause of IBS, celiac, thyroid, ibs, CFS, Crohns, and also simple (or not so simple) issues like anemia, and other deficiencies.
