Yes, I've been reading the Clear Skin Diet book and it mentions eating lots of veggies, whole grains (I"m doing gluten free) NO dairy NO
Sugar and also supplementing with the vitamins you mentioned. I got a liquid Iodized zinc supplement but made the mistake of getting a 50mg a dose bottle which is actually an overdose! Ugh..it's so frustrating trying to find the right types/dosages and qualities of vitamins..you can almost end up doing more harm than good..I think that leads to feeling overwhelmed and depressed at times. :(
But yes..My next goal is to include a whole foods vitamin supplement with all the vitamins A, B's, C,..etc.
I will also look into the E and selenium one since I could be low on selenium as well.
I"m also looking at doing a bowel cleanse,
Liver Flush and
parasite cleanse.
There is just so much to do...and NOT do..It's hard not to feel overwhelmed..
