Re: So many sick, overweight, dieing people

I hear you loud and clear. What is up with this planet? Except for the .1% that is trying for optimal health, the rest of the sheeple are digging their graves with their teeth. I just went to Costco a couple weeks ago to stock up on tp and paper towels and it just amazes me to see the state that people are in today. 99% of the people I saw there are morbidly obese. The carts they were pushing around are loaded with cosmetized garbage. We are what we eat. If you eat garbage, you look like garbage.
Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out.

The only way this will change is if you vote with your pocket book. Buy organic foods, they aren't perfect but they are much better than the conventionally grown foods. Buy locally grown organic fruits and produce when available. Support your local farmers market. Start your own organic fruit and vegetable garden. Grown some or all of your own herbs. Take little baby steps and you will reach your goal.

Change yourself and others will see the difference and maybe want to change as well.
