As already said, it is genetic, people are born with it. You can't change how they were born.

To stop bleeding, particularly if it is only small, you could try Aloe vera gel. Apply it, it should reduce the bleeding, but the blood will wash it off. Apply it again to further reduce the bleeding, and the blood will wash it off again, apply again. Each time the bleeding should be reduced, until it is stopped. Tweet
