Fair enough. However, I too am a researcher - albeit not in the healthcare field. I am surprised that you are confident enough to make a 100% definitive statement based on a very limited sample of 3. I do think psychological stress contributes to the condition due to the effects of stress on the immune system - it's well known that stress can make you sick. If EC is entirely psychological how would you explain cases like mine where the application of topicals cause swelling, pain, and inflammation? I am not wishing to argue with you or question your methods, I just want to better understand. Thanks!
