Hey. Just read the same book and went vegan a week ago. Been gluten free for a while and never noticed a change when I brought it back in. While I could care less about the meat I am starving as Im trying to cut out all the carbs. Is this a necessity? I do it because of the candida but if its the meat causing the problem can I have rice and beans? I am eating a few but Im hungry as can be.Also, can you eat fish? So happy to hear your story!!!!! thanks
