You're saying that my scale is inaccurate and then you're explaining the results by saying that the body is eliminating sludge and slime.
Which is it? Is my scale bad, or are my results explainable due to the sludge theory?
6 tenths of a pound of sludge is significant. even a tenth of a pound would show up in the shower all over the place. That's half of a quarter lb hamburger patty! All of us evil meat eaters would be slipping and sliding all over the place in our showers.
And also, lets ignore basic human physiology where fats are broken down in the intestines. It's not like the body segregates the fats and transports them directly to the skin for elimination.
