Re: Some VERY Interesting Fasting Test Results
interesting. It stands to reason, or makes intuitive sense to me, that the body has its wisdom, and if the 'doors' (pores of the skin) are doing fine, being essentially shut, then the water will be used for washing, but not for unbalancing the work of the innards. :-) Then too, the moon's phase would play a role. (But naturally, there are still people who debate the moon's having any impact on us, just as many still debate whether detoxing is "real".)
"I had done a similar test in the past during a fast, except it was a bath with
Epsom Salts . In this test, I lost 2 lbs!!!"
Where was the moon? With ES, it's said that when you want to take IN the minerals, do this on a waxing moon--for 'detoxing', and pulling out, make it a waning moon. Your results (look to) prove it. In that same vein, people who start a
Water Fast when the moon is waxing, might find they struggle with a compulsion to eat. (or weight that stays "stable"...) Waning or New Moon is the way to work with Nature, and get some support where it really helps. The brain, for example holds more water at a full moon--which pressure can make for some true lunacy, 'out there'.
hmmm, it may be that washing triggers urination...Depends on the water, I'm thinking, as well as the level of exertion; the instrument of the body during a
Water Fast is very sensitive.
