Re: Knox vs. great lakes Gelatin- which is better?

Gelatine is just the non-American spelling, I think.

Is anyone else using the Great Lakes regular (non-kosher) gelatin? The sensation that I've just liquidised and consumed a festering pig carcass is making it difficult for me to get enough in my diet. Does the kosher stuff taste any better?

Bone broth is great, but I can't manage to find organic grass fed bones, so mine is likely full of fluoride and God knows what else... Hopefully the good outweighs the bad.
