The stack mentioned above with painting Iodine has helped me tremendously.

I am trying to find a way to make the Silica more absorbable. So far, the only thing that I know is to combine Vitamin C with the stack.

Does anyone have any idea how to make the Diatomaceous earth more absorbable?
