Yup, at one point all that good stuff used to go into Hot Dogs..now I don't know what goes into them anymore.
Heck one can't even find a Butcher shop in most towns anymore all supermarkets now.

Then the big cities are going the other way, expensive Charcuterie shops making top notch stuff..
