Re: Knox vs. great lakes Gelatin- which is better?

I think that it is more important to find out how we are made. We are not getting so much from our American Standard Diets.

Ginagirl posted this before and I gave it a shot. WOW is all I can say.

Ginagirl said this:
I believe the minerals work together; boron activates vit D and is crucial for the metabolism of magnesium, calcium and phosphorus (=bone builders). vit C plays a role here, too.
Silica is the glue, the structure.
Calcium is the brick.
Magnesium the transporter
vit c and d are activators
iodine helps assimilate the minerals

I did all the above and added Diatomaceous earth and Knox Gelatin. I can't recommend enough for people who have knee, shoulder, back, elbow and rotator cuff issues to give this a try.

My knees would hurt so much that I would have to use furniture to help me up. I used to have to get off the bed by rolling sideways. I can sit up now.

I got 50 lbs of Diatomaceous earth and all I can say is that if makes me more alert. I am a caffeine addict and have now cut back (a little) but over time it is good.

I was going to get Amino Acids separately but would have to spend 100's of dollars. Guess what, they are all in the gelatin for $10.90 for a pound.

Some find it gross to learn that it is made up from leftover parts. When you feel the joint pain and soreness decrease, you soon lose the mental issue.
