Re: Sourcing

Hi Gina,
Thank you for your input. Yes it is inflammatory response so it makes sense anti inflammatory is in order as far as nutrition, supplements, herbs etc. I've had some real issues going on for sure. I do take vitamin D but perhaps not enough. I'll up my dose. Anything else you can think of is greatly appreciated. =) TY.

I do believe I have systemic yeast added to the whole mess. I started the Nystatin and feel so much better. I got the powder and have been using in Neti and in distilled water for eyewash. This was a sort of last hope for me with this situation and it is responding like nothing else I've tried so it is what I have suspected from the very start of this issue. At least it's clearing up. The eyes unloaded so much mucous since I started the nystatin rinses that it's no wonder I had such horrible pain in them, my goodness.

The thing I've never tried with my diet is a lot of meat, so that's what I'm doing, the ratio of fat, carbs, protein is really helping me feel stronger overall. In fact the closer I can get to this fat and protein intake the better I am feeling. I do have some inflammation in my lungs and from what I understand the lungs use only saturated fats. From what my diet, supplement, herb intake looks like overall, the thing that has been missing is meat so it could be another part of the puzzle of this conundrum. Raw diets have been very damaging to my body so I don't do that anymore but I did try it.

I feel better! =)
