Give up gluten. For a week, two weeks, a month or a lifetime. Read wheatbelly. "Like" wheatbelly on FB.

I'll give something up too.

1) swearing. I'm really good at it, my grandma was a pro so it's genetic:)

2) salty snacks. I'll even give up my GF whatevers.

3) speaking before I think.

Any or all of the above, I SWEAR(I mean not actually swearing) I will give these up if you try gluten free.

I won't suggest this again. This is my final nag.
