Re: Sourcing
No, I can't ditch the neti, I just started this a few days ago, had not in at least two months used it...after using it with the salt/peroxide it unleashed so I could breathe and I do think it's necessary to keep it open otherwise it will close up/swell and breed worse.
The
Iodine is fine but I am sure Trapper said it's not good with fungal infections and not been what I've been seeing..I was literally bathing in it up to a few weeks ago.
As for the oil pulling, not enough to kill the system wide yeast situation. I can oil pull and at least this might clear up the sore where the sinuses drain there but I don't think it's equipped to get into the whole body.
One more thing, not sure that yeast in my kefir is an issue, I brew mine in the fridge which keeps it from smelling or tasting yeasty as it can sometimes on the counter but even still this is a misconception with kefir, the yeast is not the kind that feeds the bad yeast in the body. Here is a little blip:
Kefir contains several major strains of friendly bacteria not commonly found in yogurt, Lactobacillus Caucasus, Leuconostoc, Acetobacter species, and Streptococcus species.
It also contains beneficial yeasts, such as Saccharomyces kefir and Torula kefir, which dominate, control and eliminate destructive pathogenic yeasts in the body. They do so by penetrating the mucosal lining where unhealthy yeast and bacteria reside, forming a virtual SWAT team that housecleans and strengthens the intestines. Hence, the body becomes more efficient in resisting such pathogens as E. coli and intestinal parasites.
Thanks for your input!! =)
