Re: Congrats!

Well, not sure what to think of this latest flush.

Did everything exact, including all the Epsom Salt this time. Got sicker than a dog and felt the most nauseated since doing them, and the oil mixture kept trying to come back up all night.

In the morning it never would come out on it's own. I felt so incredibly toxic, but had zero urge to have a BM. Took more Epsom salt, waited, and nothing. Finally that afternoon I did a water enema and barely had anything come out. Saw no oil, no stones.

But today I feel better. 3 days ago I was sure I was going to end up in the ER and be cut open.

I'm not sure if the emergency Epsom salt/oil trick I did the night before my flush affected how well it would go. I had that huge gurgling/squirting dump happen, so maybe that affected how much bile pressure I'd have during the actual flush the next night?

I can still feel "things" in my liver area. If you can imagine what it would feel like to open up your abdomen, stick marbles in your liver and close it back up, that's what I still feel. The pressure build up is way down since the other night, but I can still feel them there.

Is this common to still feel that? Does it take many flushes to get rid of that feeling?

I guess I need to get more aggressive at busting the dang things up.

Oh.....and one more thing. There is no way in heck i can do olive oil anymore. Just thinking about it gives me dry heaves. I need to switch oils. Is safflower oil a good one? Or almond?
