OMG I just had to get on here this morning to say thank you again.

I slept amaaaaaazing last night! It didn't hurt to roll over and I felt clean! Would've felt even cleaner if I could've boo boo'd before bed, but hey, can't have everything.

It was clear as day that the Epsom Salt and then a little oil squirted a lot of bile out of my liver and that's why it was so painful.

I can't wait to do a full on flush tonight. No more being afraid of Epsom salt. Vegetable capsules are my new friend!
