Do you mean that you were going to do a flush tonight in the sense that you have been preparing for the past week with stone breakers, malic acid, etc, and you were going to do the Epsom Salts and oil mixture tonight? This is very important. Please elaborate.

You don't have nausea and so it is possible it is not a stuck stone but rather a sign that you are ready to pass and move a lot of stones. If this were the case I would carry on and do a complete flush NOW (IF you have done proper preparation the past week).

Definitely do NOT go the emergency room.

What were the results from your first two flushes? I am guessing they were unsuccessful. IF this is the case then it means you are ready to purge and by all means flush NOW with the full doses of Epsom Salt and full flush mixture.

I had the exact same pain 30 minutes before ingesting the oil mixture- i couldn't even breathe. Think of it as the liver coming back to life after shutting itself down due to all the agony of being full of stones for so many years.
