Michael B, I have been drinking apple juice with Super Phos for 3 days ( Dr. Sutter Coke Flush ).

I had been skipping the Epsom Salt because...well because I'm an idiot. I cannot for the life of me get it down without barfing it back up. So I put it in vegetable capsules and swallowed it that way about an hour ago.



It truly does feel like if my liver could throw up stones, it would. I do feel movement in there.

I hear ya about the anger. I absolutely believe that.

Oh, forgot to add that my first flush I got about 20 pea sized stones. Some looked like pea green berries, and some were smoothe and tan. The second flush, not as many. Not sure why because I feel loaded.
