Sorry i've been away.

With Iodine I was still taking a large oral dose as well as painting...

I was taking at least 200 Micrograms of selenomethionine

Also I was taking 2000 iu's of D3 every night with 5 milligrams of K2 Mk4. I suspect 1,2,or 3 milligrams of the K2 would be enough for younger folks. I am 56.

The Iodine painting had a profound effect on my libido by the next morning! The K2 had a profound effect a couple of hours later, the same night!! Try to take a quarter of a teaspoon full of virgin coconut oil with the K2 also.
Helps the K2 to absorb better!

Remember to let 48 hours pass before painting the same side.

I just ordered Life Extension's SeMC as it is a better form selenomrthionine, I heard. 9 bucks!!

Selenonethionine at least 200 micrograms HAS to be supped with IODINE!
