Re: What are the most strongest natural chelators?

These were my symptoms too if you throw in anxiety and insomnia - I fought my battle with candida as well after
Antibiotics . I've had
Amalgams for 25 years with no perceived issues, but things started going downhill when my
Amalgams started chipping and eroding. I have whole sections of them gone, most likely swallowed.
I have 4
Amalgams still in, and what has made me feel alot better is just basic vitamin supplementation and iodine. (They are coming out next week and I'll add DMSA and follow every 3 hours protocol.)
I don't take any herbs as these didn't seem to help at all and just a waste of money. Man, I've thrown away so much $$ trying to feel better! Actually if you have candida the herbs and garlic will piss it off and this can make you much worse. Don't piss off the candida, it should disappear with mercury removal. I fatigued my thyroid and adrenals by the constant stress of fighting it, not realizing my real problem is mercury.
Metals displace vitamins and minerals so deficiency is my issue caused by the mercury. I take D3 (10,000IU), C (3 grams), and magnesium orally and via
Epsom Salt baths.
The D,
Iodine (with companion sups of C, selinium and zinc) and mag made a HUGE difference that I could feel instantly.
Also properly hydrating with unprocessed
Sea Salt 1/4 tsp to every
quart of water to flush the toxins out.
Adding in more chelating chemicals will only further your deficiency. It's not just about getting the metal OUT, it's about replenishing vital nutrients. A multivitamin isn't going to do anything for you. I suggest
Lugol's Iodine and companion vitamins - it chelates heavy metals on it's own and is not a foreign chemical, it's a vital nutrient for your endocrine system.
I hope this helps, and I hope you feel better. I can't wait to see how I'll feel when these terrible things are out of my mouth!
