Re: What are the most strongest natural chelators?

What aspects of this are you stuck on. I may have more info for you to consider.

Are you comfortable with geeky scientific info or do you want to communicate with others who have used various chelators or supplements?

If you are interested in the latter, I suggest that you follow some members in the big Yahoo chelation groups--Frequent dose chelation and adult metal chelation. If I know your list of supplements I might be able to suggest that you watch certain members who have a similar symptom list.

I did this in the months that I was learning and considering options. I strongly considered Boyd Haley's OSR which is no longer available in N. America. However I choose Cutler's Protocol since it seemed to be the safest effective protocol. I'm quite pleased with my progress over the past 1.75 yrs, including an 8% improvement in bone density that was previously unresponsive to my doctor's treatements--meds supplements. He has been quite impressed. He even was able to wean me off of ADD medicine. There have been other less impressive gains. Apparently I really did have a heavy metal problem that screwed up 20 yrs of my life.

Now a close female friend with a long history of various symptoms is responding nicely in the early rounds of chelation. She is sleeping normally for the first time in her adult life, her mood is much more consistently pleasant and she is much more tolerant of stress even with her 25+ yr history of PTSD.

Someone in my extended circle of friends was nearly bed ridden with neurological, psych and other symptoms. He spent 5 yrs on Cutler. He looked and sounded great when I had dinner with him some months ago. He is not at 100% but he is back at work at his white collar job. He recommended Cutler to me.

I cant say if Cutler is the only way to get better for those with an HM problem, but I have not doubt that it is at least one safe and effective way to do it. In my two years following cases in the Cutler groups, those who follow the protocol and who don't get too aggressive with dosing get better with few short-term complications. Even many of the autistic kids get gains. There are some really heart warming stories in those groups!!! This was one from just the past week.

If you are the type who has lots of nervousness that tends to keep you from acting, we have plenty of people who will understand you and can tell how they've addressed those symptoms and have been getting better. My close female friend is one. I can point you to her hair tests and discussion.

For the first ten years that I was sick I did nothing and waited for my doctor do come up with something. I wish someone had told me about heavy metals much earlier!

Best regards,

Joe
