Point 1 is redundant- maybe you misunderstood something I wrote. But nevertheless, having a strong kundalini and energy flow can override a lot of those stressors. Toxins can easily be transmuted with energy alone. And likewise, eliminating those influences contributes to a stronger energy flow.

Point 2 really depends on the type of infection. The body is not a car and your statement that "Once an infection takes hold in a body, reversing the above will not cure it" is not true. There are many cases where the opposite held true. Regarding more difficult infections like candida; I once killed off an intestinal colony of candida with nothing more than voicing my command outloud while in a state of astral projection. However I first had to reverse the influences in point 1, and develop and build my power of command and strength of thought form via rigorous energy work and years of effort. It all goes together.

Also, It is difficult to "focus" on a mystery bug that does or does not exist.

Also, it seems clear to me that the original posters symptoms are not caused by a mystery bug.
