In your case, since I have been there and know exactly what you are talking about, the most important thing is finding the exact cause of your feelings. It is not a sexua| problem that you are having, or something caused by kundalini or TV (although it is good to understand those as influences as well, as a part of a bigger picture), but most likely - a chronic infection. Candida would be one likely candidate, but I think that in your case, it is most likely one of the emerging infections which almost no one understands. Chronic infections are hiding behind most health problems today, and there is no incentive to research them as "a patient cured is a customer lost forever".
Chronic infections exhaust our vital energies (kundalini), and the first to go is sexua| interest; sex depletes our immune system therefore body shuts that off as immune system has an important battle going on, which we are usually not aware of.
