What you describe as brain fog is a combination of layered programming around your third eye from watching television, and unprocessed blood
Sugar and emotional energy that cannot ground into your body. When sexual/emotional energy flows properly, it naturally burns blood
Sugar as energy and the result is heat. This is why people sweat during good sex even if they are not physically working hard or temperately hot.
Think of your body as a furnace-if your metabolic fire (kundalini) is burning hot you can throw anything on there: heavy fats, meats, refined flours, and you will be okay- you will transmute it into fuel. But if your fire is totally snuffed out then anything you throw on top of it, only serves to snuff it out even more, like wet leaves or oil on a small camp fire. Then you get nothing but smoke and sludge. In the body, you feel this as brain fog but really your whole system is sluggish and this is why MS sufferers typically are also diagnosed with FIbromyalgia.
-avoid television and media. Nothing shuts down energy flow faster (it is designed this way to keep humanity sick and unconscious)
-get 1-2 hours of moderate exercise a day; 3-4 hours of gentle movement
-Ginger tea to help get your system processing
-wake up at dawn and sleep only when you are truly sleepy. Try taking some natural sleeping pills
-FEEL YOUR EMOTIONS! sexua| energy is nothing more than digested emotional energy and you need to process your emotions to get the system running.
Cry, for god's sake- get deeply in touch with your feelings
exercise- EXCERCISE!!!
DO ENERGY WORK!!!!
And look into mercury toxicity as well
