First Parasite cleanse... did I pass a tapeworm????

This is the first time I've done a herbal parasite cleanse. The first few days were normal, apart from lots of noise from my gut.

Then yesterday and the day before I was EXHAUSTED, and really really cranky. Today while I was exercising I had some unusual pains in my gut that moved in a clockwise motion. About an hour or two after, I had a movement (first of the day, around 3 or 4 pm, which is highly unusual for me, I normally go at least once in the morning as well as in the afternoon).

I didn't inspect the toilet, but as I threw in the toilet paper, I glanced down and saw something clear/whiteish that appeared to be bundled up inside the stool. Is it a tapeworm??

Any thoughts would be great, as well as advice. I'm planning on doing a Liver Flush once I am done the cleanse, as well as to start taking DE when I can find some.
