Re: First Parasite cleanse... did I pass a tapeworm????

I'm pretty sure it was a Tapeworm segment, although it seemed fairly large, but that could have been because it was bundled up.

Also, all night, I had a very active gut (TONS of noise, but not much gas as you'd expect from such a noisy digestive system) and my liver had lots of pains. Maybe flukes dying? Or blocked bile ducts?

I'm drinking hot water with lemon today to try and flush out my liver, and I have taken ground flaxseeds with water first thing.

Any other suggestions as to what I should do (besides not freak out, better out than in)?
