I did what you suggested, ACV flush. There wasn't a lot of stuff that came out, mostly a sandy gel/mucous thing. I don't know if it's worth mentioning, but before I did the enema, I was all jittery and a bit lightheaded, but after, the jitteriness had gone down quite a bit. Is the sandy gel a type of candida? I've only heard of candida on this site and don't know much about it.

Also, there was a little worm type thing. Not even sure how to describe it, almost like a tube that had been emptied. It was pale green and about 2 inches long. Not sure if its something I ate (I had spring rolls full of bean sprouts yesterday, plus I tend to eat a ton of fruits and veggies).

Do you know if there is a good thread on the Candida Support Forum that I should be reading for symptoms and treatments? I've only read about organo oil capsules helping to get rid of it.
