fasting + water + eat one kind of herb that can kill the kind of parasites i am infected with. (in my case, a kind of roundworm which can hook on the walls of my tissues)

I have have some die off with garlic, male fern infusion, wallnut hull tincture, Wormwood infusion, tansy infusion, electricity.

But honestly i still try to find a way to produce more die off in a shorter period. These herbs are effective but don't seem to reach all part of the body with enough concentration to kill all parasites.
