k2 mk7 and Heart Arrhythmias and Palpitations

Hi uM,

I am experimenting with Carsons 5mg's again and taking it at night with my D3 10000 Iu's. I Have even been just taking 1 to 3 mg's by opening the pill and dividing the powder. I will cut back on the D3 to 5000 iu's and get my D3 blood levels checked as I am after the 60ng/ml to 80 ng/ml levels for max benefit.

I still think because the k2 mk4 doesn't have the strange sweet smell it has lost some of its luster. I believe Thorns has the full strenght because a lady on another blog "tasted" the sweet honey dew, but different, "taste", I described about the "smell" of my k2 mk4. (I never tasted my pills just smelled them!) The thorns brand cost 62 dollars, around a 90 day supply at 3 drops a day. Yes, I will keep it stored in the fridge too!

I will be getting the Thorn brand liquid and start taking 3 drops daily spread 6 hours apart. Then I will get my blood Cacium level checked. As I have 3 stents from my 2 previous heart attacks.

Here is a very long blog regarding mostly K2 mk7 but some folks complained of Mk4 too. I wonder if any were taking the wrong Vitamin A and or Vitamin E at the same time?

There are many other blogs on the internet of folks complaining mostly about K2 mk7. I still may get some but I will not take more than 45 micrograms once a day twice a week with my K2 mk4, 1 to 3 milligrams 3 times a day spread 6 hours apart.

Oh, don't forget your magnesium!

I will keep the Iodine forum abreast of my ongoing blood work!!

Happy endings,

t2t

Here is basically the hard copy of the 5 part video series on D3 that will touch many many peoples lives in a good way...
