Re: living things inside me

Yes, I cringe whenever I hear anyone recommend Dannon Yogurt as some kind of fix for inadequate gut flora. I agree with the poster that recommended a good probiotic. I have learned that the expensive ones are really better. I know that since I have taken them they have catapulted my anti- parasite efforts to the next level. Live and learn! I also do enemas and colon hydrotherapy when I can afford it. It makes me feel so much better, clears brain fog, clears up my skin and centers my emotions.

In my opinion it's okay to steer clear of something you aren't comfortable with, but I don't think we should steer others away when we aren't sure ourselves.

I take Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and there are plenty of people who speak against it. I did an Miracle-Mineral-Supplement enema once and definitely had die off and other good results. I will continue to take it because it works for me and the benefits outweigh the risks for me right now. I do probiotic enemas sometimes after a killing/cleansing enema. This helps repopulate the flora. I will also take a double dose orally.

Why do you think cancer patients do chemo? It kills good cells too, but you have to kill the bad, then build up the good. Having colon hydrotherapy follows the same thinking.

You have to listen to your own body and use common sense.

Too bad we don't have doctors who are brave enough to serve in this area, we wouldn't have to do our own research and treat our bodies like guinea pigs all the time.
