Re: living things inside me

I have gotten a few complaints here & there about my posts with remarks like yours, "One size fits all" or "cut & paste."

You know in the libraries and in bookstores, online or otherwise, the books are all cut & paste & often "one size fits all" if something seems to work universally.

The things I tried worked for me. I state that in my posts and don't say they will necessarily work for every human on the planet. However, a great deal of it has been gleaned from reading CZ forums & othere places on the net, & seeing what other peoople have found helpful also.

What research have you seen that indicates how many good bacteria are washed out in high colonics? Any? What research have you seen that indicates good bacteria can easily be replaced by such an invasive process? Any?

Please share any you have. Theories are always interesting. Data is even more interesting.

There is in fact research indicating that low good bacteria in the gut can cause harm not only to the individual but even to some women's children. The women, and men, are usually clueless that they even have such a condition as poor gut flora. It doesn't seem to me to be something to take chances on. But again, if you have some scientific data to support that there is no significant harm to the good bacteria through the invasive colonics, please include references.
