Yogurt may work well with the protocol. Not while on the Plan, but otherwise it should be okay. The idea is to keep the levels steady, so as not to dip into hypoglycemia and all that goes with. Once you go into hypoglycemia, the effect can last for hours, even though you may have corrected the low blood sugar. Tweet
