Re: Diabetes and candida

Thank you. Some fruit I can actually eat and not have much effect. Apples are good. And I have quite an abundance of veggies all the time in the fridge. That seems to be one of my main foods, that and protein is always here (raise beef cattle) so at least I know what I am eating there. Is yogurt ok as well for snacks? I dont eat regular I usually eat plain greek yogurt because of the lower carbs 8, and the higher protein 20. Thats for the fage brand anyways. Some of the others still have alot of sugar in them. I'm not sure if I am perceiving this right but is the basic concept of the blood sugar protocol to have the digestive system busy and not have the drop in blood sugar or the rise when the body hasnt had anything in awhile? I know from things I have read that the liver I think? will release stored glucose if it thinks the body needs it. Yes I am very much a why person :)
