I wanted to hold off on posting that because for one, I knew you were sick and wanted you to rest, but I'm hoping you're feeling better and judging by that FABULOUS response, I'm guessing you are!

One reason that I got so nervous is because my dad DIED of liver cancer - bile duct cancer actually, and both he and I were the only ones in my immediate family to have BOTH Glaucoma and have had Hepatitis. They thought he was having a gallbladder attack, and when they removed his gb, they said 'oops..we were wrong..it's bile duct cancer' and he was gone in three weeks. (and btw, he DID lose his sight).

So, your response has completely calmed me down to make sure that what I perceive to be going on is one thing (direction) and not the other and that it could be a good thing, and to certainly expect more of it. That's much better!
Also, I didn't mean to sound so much that I wanted to BE on my Eyebright and Gingo, and to allopathically rely on them as I wanted to BE ABLE to CONTINUE the regimen and path I'm on and feared that if it was hurting my liver that I would have to discontinue. Just wanted to clarify that a little better. But I love your wording: So, you should be panicked and screaming "I HAVE to do my CLEANSES & JUICE FASTING!" :::grin:::

I've read through your response and read through the links also (good ones!) and am grateful you pointed out that his 5-day liver detox was NOT the same as the Big Flush (!) and grateful that the one link had the attached instructions for the Big Flush.
If someone wanted to get in MORE of it FASTER rather than drag it out for four hours, that would be okay too, right?

You really have a way with words..just your descriptions of parasites and dead flukes and clogged, cruddy, putrid debris would make anyone want to FLUSH - LOL

I've printed this off and am excited about getting this going and organizing my week. It just so happens that the food co-op I sometimes order from just had a citrus order, so I have 20 pounds of lovely Cara Cara oranges and beautiful clementines that will be part of my juicing next week.

I'm getting sleepy now and will go off to bed and will comment more on the others' responses tomorrow.
