PI - I'm finally answering your post
First, we are really fortunate to have you here, and I am very happy, for sure. Thanks for the link to the "There is no Incurable Disease" as I just finished reading the WHOLE thing!
Also, it answered some of the questions I asked, above, including among JBoy's thread, too, so that's great.
Also, I was looking for some sort of full-fledged, totally mapped out daily routine for me and there was one! Awesome! What a joy! And I could PRINT the pages, too! Such a blessing!
Ok..onto your questions:
That is insane. Time to do double time so that we can make up for what was lost then. Just out of curiosity, what did you drink there that time?
Coffee in the morning; maybe some iced tea, some "lemonade", beer, wine, herbal tea at night.
Fact is, I had that crazy schedule on and off for actually SEVENTEEN years, but those years were the beginning.
I didn't start getting MUCH better on my drinking of water until only recently - 2009, in fact. But at least I drank water, just not as much as you should. But back in the '80's and '90's, I LITERALLY didn't touch a drop - ever - for YEARS straight. Once, I went to a doctor to have a mole removed, and we were talking. I'll never forget him because he was the only doctor who ever asked me my eating and drinking habits. When I told him, he said "well, if you don't drink water, you will surely have a muscular disease and major degeneration'. Well, he was right. I have Fibromyalgia. (in fact, in my own 'studies' of Fibro..every person I've ever been in contact with has mentioned they never drank water).
Got my Crusade DVD's and watched the first one last night.
Thanks for the help, PI.
