So I've been searching for your answer about taking it all at once...
I hope I'm not taking this out of context,(I don't think I am):

Nope, just get the oil/citrus in you, and enjoy the flush. I like taking it a bit more 'concentrated' - when I do the Schulze flush, I ingest the full two cups (1 cup oil and 1 cup citrus) in less than an hour...but it's FINE to do it 'as written'
