Re: Para cleanse and high blood sugar

Thank you for those links, But I do very well understand the types of diabetes. My main question was if anyone had ever experienced a problem with their blood Sugar raising when doing a parasite cleanse or more specifically the Para Cleanse from Natures sunshine. What doesn't make sense to me is myself nor do I make sense to my endocrinologist, She is also a little stumped which is one of the main reasons I am looking into other problems which will cause High blood sugar. One of those is parasites which I was told from 2 different irigology exams that I do in fact have parasites. Funny thing about all of it is my pancreas did not show on either exam...Endo refuses to test hormones ( have an array of problems there as well ) and pretty much refuses to do any other tests because I do not have insurance. I would go to another doc but quite honestly They do not listen they look at diagnosis of type 1 and thats that. I have spent ungodly amounts of money in the past year at the doctors. Last endo appt was 450.00 for nothing. Kind of fed up. I am taking excellent care of myself I eat healthy absolutly no cheating, I check my blood Sugar all the time. 3 weeks out of the month if I have a meal with 30 carbs or less, My blood Sugar goes up, never over 160-170, Which yes is high, BUT it comes down without insulin which should not happen in type 1. The other week will go over 200 with 10 carbs...And have to use short acting to bring it down. Have to increase long acting by 2 extra units. That week seems to coincide with menstrual, And frequently with moon cycle as well. Which brings me back to parasites. I have also done home test for candida overgrowth which was pretty bad. Have candida clear which was going to start after parasite cleanse but seeings as I can't figure out what is going on, Am kind of waiting on all of it which is very frustrating :( Tweet
