Para cleanse and high blood sugar
Hi everyone I have a long story but now is not the time for that. I need some help with my
parasite cleanse I am in the middle of. When I decided this cleanse needed to be done I didnt research much and just bought what was recommended at the local health food store. It is Para Cleanse by Natures Sunshine. 10 days on 10 off and 10 on. I am 5 days into it but did take a break for 3 days because when I use it twice a day it seems to raise my blood sugar, significantly. I was diagnosed type 1 diabetic a year ago but only use long acting insulin before bed. I know type 1 should not be able to live without insulin and I should have to use a short acting with meals. If I follow my diet I do not. Or did not until this para cleanse. When I stopped for those 3 days it went back to normal. Been taking it for 2 days and right back to high again?? I'm not sure if it is something in the cleanse itself or if it is possible things are getting stirred up in my system. I have had one heck of a year trying to "fix" myself. When I was diagnosed not many tests were ran, I have lost about 55 lbs, But before someone says high
Sugar will cause weight lose, My blood
Sugar has been undercontrol about 80% of the time, When it is high is around that time of the month about a week before and 3 days after. Other than that its great. I do not know if the type 1 diagnosis is correct, I was more type 2 defined when the diagnosis was made but was put right on insulin in the ER (blood
Sugar was 400...No ketones though??) 1 doc said type 1...2 docs said type 2? They dont know honestly. I immediatly started a diet of meat (organic, raised right here, I know what they ate when they ate it ) veggies, greek yogurt...All the good healthy stuff. No junk whatsoever, no breads, pastas or rice.
I want to take candida clear when this
parasite cleanse is done but do not know if I can complete this cleanse....Does anyone have any suggestions??? I greatly appreciate any advice. I do take supplements and vitamins also.
