Sounds like some literature on a product from klaire labs called interfase plus. I took that product that had EDTA in it and gave me the most bizarrre reaction of any product i've taken. It gave me a bizarre feeling in the head. I've heard to use much caution with EDTA as it can stir up some metals. I have tried the serrapeptase and sometimes it seemed liked it helped with congestion and sometimes I felt like it didnt do much. Hard to tell the results on that.

Interesting that cellulase might help with biofilm. Maybe thats where candex is helping people is with the Biofilm(hard to say)?---  When taken on a empty stomach.----
