Re: Day 6 Water fast, still extremely weak
lunaviolet and himitsuhime,
Shelton states, "The faster who feels weak will find that he feels much stronger after a few minutes of exercise. The feeling of weakness is due to the withdrawal of energy from the muscles."

You might want to test this theory out or not. I've noticed some history here on curezone of people suffering extreme weakness for the duration of several weeks of fast. It was obviously a struggle but was not a cause for concern in itself.
If it was combined with other issues, it might be something to worry about but as you both indicate that it's your only problem.
lunaviolet - as this is your third fast in the period of a month, you won't have rebuilt your reserves from the previous two fasts. Indeed, you could consider yourself to be 1 month or so into a modified
Water Fast - not starting over again. As such, it is quite possible that you're undergoing some deep healing and all available energy is being directed to that work.
Hopefully, you both will start feeling more energetic soon.
NH...
(PS: himitsuhime - It's also common to be restless while fasting as the body tends to get plenty of rest during the day and needs shorter periods of sleep.)
