Re: Anyone ever heard of CandElim?

So, a little update to my earlier post.
I've finished my first bottle, I'm not cured (yet?) but will update again in 4 weeks after the next bottle. The spit test has not markedly improved at this stage.
I can report some positives such as less acne, no brain fog, no sensitivity to coffee, fewer problems with airborne allergies (reduction in nasal spray and asthma inhaler is now possible), and also less vaginal thrush (although this is difficult to measure, but at least no full blown attacks in the past 4 weeks), and then some possible side effects such as constipation which may be part of die-off. All of this could of course be down to the continued use of the probiotics (just about used up the jarro ESP, will now switch to Alaczen as it seems more potent), but hey, I don't have the time to try one thing at the time, I want to get better :-)
