DAY 1 Watefast (WF) 2/1/12
Feel good here on Day 1. I got in two more workouts yesterday along with fresh juice and proin ttein he last day of January.
Got in some great sleep into February.
Feel energetic on water Day 1 although I know to be humble as there are challenges on the road ahead for all waterfasting practitioners.
Went to the gym and did 15 mins in the sauna then 30 mins easy walk on the treadmill and then back in the sauna for 15 mins.
Very sweaty. I brought extra dry stuff this time. My sneezing and sniffles from 2 days ago are gone. I think all that weight training and fresh juice helped.
I have no expectations of how many times I will go to the sauna or walk on the treadmill.
Waterfasting works great if I go to the gym or not. I have broken onesWF's that were crusing along on Days 4,5 jus because I was craving mental/physical stimulation from nutrition/exercise.
It was mostlty craving exercise in my case. So the WF gym trips are intended to keep me mentally stimulated. Walking and sweating in the proper doses are of benefit.
