Hi N.H. Thanks for posting. I am going to look into your advice and read the information about nutrition. I currently have Joel Furman's fasting book which is great and recomends a meat-free nutrition plan.
Now for Day 2. I broke the fast and I am going to restart in 2 days (Feb.1). I used the sauna in my gym this morning and I was covered in sweat. I forgot to bring a change of clothes to the gym so I went right outside back to my car where the temp is much colder and I started sneezing a bit and I had a runny nose. So I decided to break the fast and restart in the future.
I got a cold from wearing a sweat soaked shirt after the gym. Well anyways I weight trained today and I made over 100+oz of apple, carrot, brocolli juice and I am relaxing after the workout.
I'll be back in 2 days on Feb 1st. I am going to workout today and tomorrow and get the exercise and eating thing out of my system before the WF on Wednesday 2/1/12.
