Super Bowl Waterfast
Day 1 was Sunday 1/29/12
Day 2 om my waterfast today (WF) 1/30/12. I plan to go a week on the fast until Sunday February 5th. That would make it a week total.
I have expereince in this last year (not bragging). I've done a day, 7 day and a few 5 and many 1 or 2 day WF before. The times I came off the fasts I was just eager for entertainment in the forms of food and lifting weights.
But I have usually come off most diets or fasts in my life not too well. Getting back into the same bad eating habits I've usually had.
This fast I really want to focus on being healthy and with natural vitamin dense foods when I come off it.
I am doing the waterfast (WF) to become healthier, lose weight and start a plan of natural foods only. I plan on coming off the WF without eating meat or dairy for week after the fast. I want to give that style of eating a real shot to see if it works for me. I have always liked to eat meat but now I reconsidering it.
After the fast I plan on using my juicer to drink fresh juice. For eating I plan on seeds, beans, nuts and for exercise it's weight training after the WF is over.
